Looks like Land Rover has decided to finally recall the rear drive shaft couplings.... Wonder why they didn't do the front?
I read it in the Wall Street Journal, then got the email from Atlantic British:

saw the notice on Atlantic British, was planning on calling LR tomorrow.

 

Don't waste your time calling, usually the dealers don't get the vin numbers, there will be a notice sent to you by Rover and remember there are only 180 vehicles effected by this recall.

 

So were these parts only from the dealer? And they will contact you if you have a bad one? I don't remember having this done and I usually don't buy dealer parts...?
