Retired Rover at Ultimate Boneyard Pictures
Enjoyed seeing this old one, and perhaps it will inspire others "who always wanted one" to buy one and join the group. This one is a static display in Orlando at the Downtown Disney shopping and dining area. I did see an oil spot or two underneath, so it still has some in it. May have spent time in North Carolina.
At least it is under some cover, and has a well-heeled owner to take care of it in retirement.
Couldn't resist it - it should be considered "bone" stock....

Yep, the Mouse is big business and well run. They could afford anything for a display - and a Rover projected the image they wanted.
Guess "Dr." Paul Grant and others might sell a unit from time to time to parks and zoos, seems like I have seen a few Rovers as part of the wildlife displays. When they are not too busy hunting the parts of old "dinosaurs".
