Default Takes 2 years for Trip Adviser to return a damage deposit

After an initial battle with Trip Adviser initially having given up EVER receiving a Damage Deposit being returned I received a notification this morning from them via the Internet, not even an e-mail, that they have released the Damage Deposit, after 2 years, what a well organised useless company, maybe they are professional extortionists or maybe they are just a badly organised useless company, but after 2 years is unbelievable. We'll wait and see whether it appears on Paypal eh, I seem to doubt it though.
