You can purchase a PDF copy for $18.95 from author Tony Huegel's blog. There is a post that explains how to contact him and request purchasing a copy.
He is a really nice dude and responded to me promptly and courteously. He has also written several other "Byways" books for other states (Utah, Idaho, etc.).
