Good music picks! Man, those are some fast fingers flying on the guitar and the 'percussion' too! Talented..

Yeah, I also think about that line in Imagine. Seems like for all good that religion is supposed to do it sure does start a lot of trouble While we're on that subject...

K.D. Lang sings Leonard Cohen's Hallelujah - YouTube

Love this song...
I haven't grown up.

Jeff Buckley - Hallelujah - YouTube
That explains it

Lovely in any version but I agree to disagree Perhaps it's the female vs male perspective but I kept waiting for the crescendo and climax and it never happened... he was kind of working toward it when he was singing about the 'holy dove' but he never quite got there and REALLY belted it out....

Beautiful voices and tune, don't do the content, religion ain't my bag..........atheist thro' and thro'..............good cop out though, not that I have any issues with those that do believe provided they don't interfere with or harm others.

ScreamingLife, you've got the right idea, live for the day, never grow up, life's too short for chasing ghosts. I'm still 25 going on 69 but still haven't learned to grow up yet, still working on it..............it'll come in time .............maybe.

I'm 24 (with my knees going on 69). I jump out of perfectly good planes and dive underwater on a daily basis. I don't worry about dogma. I worry about today.

All three came on the way home today.

As always, love Nine Inch Nails Screaminglife.

Listening to Richard Thompson tonight - 'I misunderstood':

Sometimes it's easier to say goodbye than to feel like an ***.. I really like Richard Thompson - I don't think he received enough credit for his talent.

..and more 'Ho-Jo' tonight. Heard this on the way home today and it's been in my head since.

The Prisoner:

Weird *** video but interesting all the same. I think the woman in it is beautiful - classic & timeless. The birdcage is strange but the symbolism fits.

Hm..does anyone read these posts or am I 'entertaining' myself?
