Fortunately I was not too put off by the incessant overplaying of the Police albums by my daughter in the 80's. I would never have later come to appreciate their natural musical abilities but thankfully I now can. It also happened with Don Henley back then when that also reverberated throughout the house. Thankfully I was often working away from home in petrochem for long periods of time so had time to recover my senses and hearing.

He was a great singer landlover_1 and back then was every girls 'heart throb' until it turned out he was 'batting for the wrong team', hey ho, you can't win them all eh.
