Yeah, Dweb treated him like crap. I wouldn't rule what you're saying out at all.
For all we know, he could be on a tropical island soaking up rays and putting back some brewskis, far far away from any cell tower.
EDIT: Also mean't to add that Mike usually lets us know he's leaving for an extended time, thats what has me worried most about him.

It is none of the above... google told me so..
he once sent me a pic of his daughter's house whom he is living with. The number i always called was a second line just for him. so no cell phone as far as I know.
