Perhaps one of the few truly "free" states: New Hampshire law allows residents to purchase and own almost any rifle including my Semi-Automatic AK-47 at the age of 18, and without the need of any licensing or permits. Hand guns on the other hand you must be 21 years old and I belieave you need a permit to own and a separate paper if you want to carry it in public. Furthermore we have no sales tax in NH, and auto insurance is not required in order to register or operate a motor vehicle. My only complaint is that there are not enough Rovers roaming the area and no known Land Rover clubs.
