I totally disassembled the rover about a year ago, kept the parts indoors and organized. she still has the generator mounted and no other work has been done other than some paint and plumbing.

- how do you wire up the Coil/ dizzy/ starter so she will run? I believe its a positive earth wiring from the research ive done.... gaped the points accordingly and checked firing order.

I wired the coil up with positive going to battery, negative to the dizy which then internally is connected tot he points and condenser. the positive on the battery to the starter and the negative to the engine block.

any pointers? or help with positive/ negative earth???

 

- Just got her running..... fired right up after sitting for who knows how long. Points are probably shot but she idled.... doing a jungle fix on her only using parts and tools i have in the shop.
