Default Spongy Brakes 1990 Range Rover Classic

Hey Guys,

I'm trouble shooting my bosses 1990 Range Rover Classic (No ABS) right now. He is having problems with a really soft brake pedal, like no pressure at all. And with no amount of pumping of the brakes will get you and resistance on the pedal. There are no leaks anywhere in the system. I'm assuming it's the master cylinder, feels like that but I'm not terribly familiar with Range Rovers. He called his shop and they told him they replaced the master cylinder in 2019. So I'm kind of lost here... I would greatly appreciate any help or guidance. Thanks

Rubber brake lines are know to deteriorate from the inner walls and expands limiting fluid flow even if the hoses look very good in the outside. Did they change those in 2019 as well?
