My climate control works (AC and heat), however there is fairly often an issue where the air justs shuts off. The fan is still working, but airflow is reduced. In the winter I notice it because my legs start to get cold, in the summer the AC just isn't blowing. If I leave the car for a while, everything then works again. I assume this is something to do with the damper system and/or the sensors, but can't figure out how to get to either to start to diagnose this.

Anyone seen this before or have ideas where to start?

The damper actuators control the airflow direction in the HVAC system. If an actuator is malfunctioning, it might not be directing the air properly, leading to reduced airflow.
