Can't log in to InControl account
I'm unable to log in to my InControl Account and it's saying the email address/password is not recognised. I've tried resetting the password and get an email confirming this has been done, but still get the same message when trying to log in with the new password. The Help and Support button simply brings up a PDF document that doesn't help. Has anyone else had this or know how to fix it?

called Landrover support today it’s a server issue they are working on it but it’s a known issue and is affecting many users
I have a case number they have said someone will be in touch in 24 hours !
