Default Loss of power steering following a full luggage load

Hi all, my 2019 Evoque has lost power steering on two occassions following a full luggage load in the boot - once when leaving to go on holiday and a year later when parked at the airport. First time was with the boot full and the second time after emptying the boot. Any ideas as to why this would occur? The first time it restarted first time normally after I returned from holiday, I am waiting until I return to the airport next week to find out if it will restart ok.
Has anyone else experienced this and is there a quick reset as I think it is an elecrical fault rather than hydraulics etc?
Many thanks
