Default Fake Range Rover Evoque From China

From the article:
We’ve already seen how skillfully Chinese car manufacturer Zotye managed to create a so-called “Macan” SUV that bared a striking similarity to Porsche’s Cayenne. So similar in fact that Porsche is considering taking legal action against the Chinese automaker. If you thought that this was bad then take a look at the all new Landwind X7 SUV which was scheduled to be released in June 2015. This car is ridiculously similar to the Land Rover Evoque.

that's what happens when you have a country that does not believe in copy rights or patterns; intellectual or otherwise.

car mfg have tried to sue them , you lose because you have to sue them in china court, you know how you buy a aftermarket body pannel or headlight housings and they fit good enough and look correct well thats because they make em a few mm off which to the judge in china is enough to say they are different and not a copy

read an article on this a few years ago
