Default Cluster Swap with used one.

Hello all,
I recently swap by bad instrument cluster for a used one. My truck is a 2003 Range Rover full size.
I live in the fare east and not many techs around, so I did the swap my self. Now that I have the used cluster in the car won't start. How do I go about programming the truck to see the used cluster.. All help would be gratly appreciated.

either way your; instrument panel, your bcu & ecu all have to be sync'd.
you will have to buy one of the many programming tools or change the bcu and ecu to match the instrument panel.
