Has anyone had this problem?? I recently brought a 2017 Evoque. But I'm having an issue now getting into the garage at my apartment. The apartment has a secured garage with a sensor that reads a small (about 2 to 3 inch long) sticker that can be attached (stuck) on the windshield. The sensor for the door won't read the sticker in the car but when i get out of the car and wave the sticker in front of it, the garage door opens. If you've had this issue did you ever correct it?? If so how?

 

We have the same problem with EZ Pass. Had to get a sensor for the front license plate.

 

It's the Solar Attenuating Glass. You need to put the sensor at the locations laid out in the user manual:
