Just get the latest RR Evoque today. Does anyone know how to find the engine ID number for Range Rover Evoque 2012? I checked with the dealership and they also no idea where is it becasue of too new to them?

I tried to look around but cannot find it. The engine compartment are so tight, less roomy. and hard to access. And how the engine ID looks like ie format and the engine number should start with what numbers / characters....

Any idea and information is greatly appreciated.

Back to the dealer and have them contact LRNA (if in the US/Canada). Factories inform police as there are almost always a VIN, a hidden area VIN, and engine number - to hunt down stolen cars.

 

I am unable to visit to any Land Rover dealership. I would like to know where is exact location that the engine number located? Obviously, I cannot find any information from the manual book. Please help.

If you got a 2012 Rover - and can't visit the dealer, did the dealer just air mail it to you - or did you move away from dealer? Where did you buy it? And you shouldn't need to visit the dealer, just contact LRNA.
