Humming sound at around 60-80km/h
Hi.
I get a humming sound around 60 to 80 km per hour. Seems to go away when driving above that speed. From my point it sounds like the rear wheel bearing. Took it to a local mechanic who says it's not the wheel bearing. No broken seals etc. A quick Google search comes up with failing rear differential pinion bearing. Any one experience similar issues. Any advice would be appreciated. 2012 Range Rover Evoque, Automatic, SD4
Update
I had the diff replaced. Pinion bearing. Now I can hear a sound from the front. It's not the wheel bearings as I had these checked out. Are there universal or CV joints in front?
