I'm not sure if this is a hardware of setup issue. I connected my phone both ways, phone to vehicle..deleted it and did vehicle to phone. I can call and receive call but my voice is not heard. I also tried the voice command tutorial and it did not hear my voice. I have a 2015 Evoque. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you, Darren
