I just bought this Range Rover and I noticed a few days later that the rear passenger side door was child locked then also noticed the rear driver side had the same thing going on with it. After that I attempted to roll down both windows in the back but no luck. This leads me to believe it’s a simple solution like childlocked windows. Does anyone have any other idea or know how to fix it?

From the manual - I assume to disable child lock you would do the reverse:
"Child safety locks: If children are to be carried in the rear seat positions, it is recommended that the rear door interior handles are disabled. To change the child lock settings:-
x Open the door to access the child safety lock.
x Insert the key blade into the slot and rotate a quarter of a turn to enable or disable the interior door handle as required."
