Default 2008 RR HSE with p0960-14

i have a 2008 Range Rover HSE, one owner and vehicle has been great.
No major issues.
Until now have completed the following:
1) transmission flush at 160 with replacement of filter/pan
2) rebuilt transfer case??? as there was a leak between transfer case and transmission- 175k miles
3) replaced fuel pump 180k
4) replaced air compressor and 2 front struts
5) replaced valve cover gaskets
6) replaced pcv, maf, and a few hoses
7) replaced radiator
8) normal brake and rotor changes

I've always had some lean codes, mostly left side which came and went.
more recently i have both lean codes. rover runs great, and these codes appear intermittently and haven't been able to figure out he issue. mechanic said i may need to get the ecu reflashed or upgraded which i haven't done.
Now over the last 3k miles, ive had these codes which show loss of communication between the transmission control module, engine control module and the other s
such as
u0403-94 state intermittent- invalid data received from transfer case control module.
u0418-04 state permanent invalid data from vehicle dynamic control module
u0401-94 sate intermittent - invalid data received from engine control module/powertrain control module.
I was able to clear these codes and recently when I cleared these codes, the yellow triangle would display on the dashboard in the middle and the yellow brake warning. when i restarted the vehicle, this would clear, and all would work well.
I had no issues with transmission, no slipping, noise, and rover drove great.

until two days ago. i drove to work in the am, parked my vehicle (no issues).
upon leaving work, i started vehicle and got that dreaded Transmission Fault Limited Gears Only.
I have a icarsoft scanner and i pulled the following codes.


p0301-00 state intermittent- cylinder 1 misfire detected.
p0316-00 state intermittent- misfire detected on start up

p0171-00 state intermittent- system lean bank 1
p0174-00 intermittent- system lean bank 2
u0402-94 state permanent- invalid data received from transmission control module
u0401-94 state- intermittent- invalid data received from engine control module/powertrain control module
u0416-86 state pending- invalid data received from vehicle dynamics control module
u0248-87 permanent lost communication with remote driver utility module
and the dreaded
p0960-14 state- permanent pressure control solenoid A control-circuit/open.
freeze frame data are:
main engine control module voltage supply 14
engine status- engine running- No
engine status- engine in crank - No
External temp 22C
ger information (torque converter status and shift t......)- 30
gear information (torque converter status and shift t...) Open
transmission oil temperature 83 C
actuator supply voltage 12.96 V
transmission output shaft speed 0 rpm

i viewed some other data (car in park)

trans output shaft speed 0 rpm
turbine speed 640 rpm


drove rover home for about 15 miles.. i sensed i was stuck in 3rd gear and so drove less than 40 mph . below 40 mph, no issues when driving. no noise, no slippage.

now rover is in my driveway, and i pulled the above codes.

any thoughts? Recommendations.
should i be concerned about TCU?
can a failed solenoid cause the above codes and the failure to communicate codes.?
any other transmission data i can pull to assist with the diagnostics

any recommendations on who to bring vehicle to for diagnostics and repair?
