305/65/18 can these be made to fit on my 2003 range rover hse? I am going with Johnson rods and 30mm wheel spacers. im sure that i will have to trim which i dont mind as long as i can make them fit without rubbing. The only reason i am using this size is that i already have a set sitting around.

Also, i need some 18 wheels if anyone has any for sale.
