Exclamation Front Rotors Replace Supercharged L322

I have a 2012 Range Rover Supercharged. I have some front wheel vibration when i brake over 50mph. I posted on some forums and got feedback that I may need to replace my front rotors. Did some research and ordered new front brake pads and rotors. I jacked up the car today to find out that the bolt holding one of the rotors seems to be missing on the driver side. See attached picture.

Is there another place where the bolt is supposed to be? Should I be looking somewhere else? How do I get the rotor out? I have tried hitting it with a mallet but cannot get it to come out.

Front driver rotor

Driver side Rotor. Seems to be missing bolt that holds it. Seems like the grove in the back is missing too.

Front passenger rotor. Seems like the bolt is there like online video's

probably rust stuck in place. If you have a air hammer it can sometimes motivate things free.

They probably stuck the rotor on out of alignment that is why there is no screw installed as the hole is somewhere else under the rotor hat.
