Hi All.
New 2002 L322 owner in Australia and need to replace broken tail light.
Below from top is: light from Aliexpress, broken light on vehicle, and 2003 model light I bought.

My issue is the plug. It works on the broken light because the pins are about 3mm longer than the other two. So no power or ground gets to either light module.

The Aliexpress light looks great but the internal plastic is junk and seems the brake LED will not pass standards in Auz.
Has the wiring loom to fuse box been replaced by previous owner(s) to fit the later style lights?
What to do please?
