Does anyone have the single reverse light from Lucky8? I have the ladder on the left side and am debating whether or not having just one extra tail light on the right side would look silly. Considering maybe the Powerful UK one instead. Input?

 

I don’t see a “single light” - I think they sell them all in pairs.

But to answer your question, I think it would look fine. I have some on my L663 and it’s superb for nighttime backing up (well, what it should be from the factory really). One will decrease your light output (obvious compromise) but aesthetically I think it should look totally fine. Certain old euro cars used to have a single rear fog lamp, or whatever, and that always looked cool to me.

 

Yeah maybe I’m overthinking it. Both do offer single lights. I bought it but realized that it also glowed red with the tail light and that surprised me. Then researched more and found Powerful UK didn’t have tail light, but also operated as a blinker. Guess I’ll install it. Wonder if I hated it, could I just snip the one wire that operated the tail light? Or would that mess up the whole circuit?
