Default identifying missing vacuum line fom picture

2011 SC, was recently doing some engine cleaning and noticed what seems to be a vacuum port missing a line. Right underneath the throttle body to the right, slightly angled port. Does anyone know what it is?

From basic searching I suspect it is the "heater valve inlet hose" but I don't really understand what that is or where it's supposed to connect. The car runs absolutely fine with no codes so I didn't even notice until poking around.

the mystery vacuum? port
