Intermittent power steering ?
09 plate RRS sometimes the power steering is fine and sometimes it's stiff belt is tight and pump seems to be fine any ideas thanks in advance.

Have you tried flushing and changing fluid?

Yes also with the bmw motor the resivor has a filter in it and the resivor is meant to be replaced. Youtube bmw power steering pump it will show you.

Ah im sorry not bmw motor in the year model but, still change and flush. Disregard filter.
