Power Inverter Mounting Location
Good morning Guys ,
I am new to the forum and new to owning a 2009 L322 Range Rover Supercharged . However I am familiar with the repairs that is customary to them as I am a Master Tech of 35 years .So I knew what I was buying off when I purchased it Anyway , I have recently purchased a Xantrex Freedom HF 1800 Power Inverter/Charger . I am trying to find a good Mounting location for the unit . I have poked around the rear boot and behind the side panels on both sides and haven't come up with anything as of yet . I want to keep my spare tire so that's out . The underside of the right storage area isn't quite large enough , so that's out . Basically I don't want to cut the truck up trying to mount this thing . I was looking at the possibility of the large hump under the rear seats . It looks little time consuming taking the rear seats out completely to see under that hump in the floor . If anyone has some insight on what's under there , Would be Greatly Appreciated . The space I need is 20" long , 9" wide and 4" tall . I know it's a little big for a basic Inverter but It offers a lot .
If anybody out there has some Ideas ?? I'm all Ears .
Thanks you all for your time .
