Default Right Bank misfire issue

2011 RR SC 5.0
Recently had my head gaskets replaced due to a left bank leak and had the 2468 bank injectors replaced. I drove the truck for a week and had no issues until the end of the week when it went into restricted mode and began showing right bank lean codes and 1357 misfires.
Its at the mechanics, and he says it is not the injectors or the coil packs but that it does seem to be some kin of electrical issue.

Has anyone else run into this? Could it be a wiring harness issue or ECU?

Halp!

Update: it was a ground strap. It was loose and causing an ECU short that was throwing codes and casing real misfires.

Running smooth now.

Thanks for the follow up and thankfully, it didn't damage the ECU. On BMWs, leaving the ground strap loose or disconnected will cause the coils to ground through the ECU and fry it.
