Default Battery Drain

My 2016 SV Autobiography's battery drains down to 25% if the car isn't driven for a couple of days. I've since installed a battery tender to resolve the problem but I'm wondering if anyone else is having this issue. The dealership just changed the battery as the car is still under warranty but the problem remains. The battery drain affects the automatic tailgate as well.

Similar situation here with a '17 HSE. Dealer replaced the "battery maintenance module" as well as the battery. Seems to have done the trick.

My salesman told me to make sure the car is locked, even in the garage, as that puts it in a sleep mode. Unlocked drains the battery much quicker he said.

Unfortunately, that is not true.
Don't leave the key in it, that can keep the KVM "awake" but locked vs un locked makes no difference.

You need to take it in and have it looked at. The batytery should not go dead after 2 days. A battery tender is not a fix.
