Recently purchased a 2021 Fifty edition and can’t seem to connect to Land Rover remote (to view status etc) . Account is set up, I have a live Pro Services subscription and there is a SIM card in the reader (from the previous owner). I have tried to find access to the chat line on the LR site but can’t see any chat icon. When I use the navigation system it asks me to log in but get a message ‘can’t log in due to problem at our end’.
Is this a hardware problem, do I need a new SIM card. I also can’t find any way of renewing lapsed subscriptions. Frustrated to say the least
