Hello,

I have a 2014 with a CAN BUS issue is appears. Attached my Autel scan report. Car drives fine and randomly the dash lights up with errors for ABS, stability control, power steering and more. Power steering is noticeably not working during the error. After 15-20 minutes the problem goes away.
The errors are intermittent.

I am getting DTC U0001-81 from the following modules:
TCM (Transmission Control Module)
PBM (Parking Brake Control Module)
TCCM (Transfer Case Control Module)
CHCM (Chassis Control Module)
CHCMB (Chassis Control Module B)

I'm also getting code U0415-08 from the PSCM (Power Steering Control Module)

Battery appears to be good, otherwise the Autel would have told me. I still have to check the fuses.
Could it be as simple as bad contacts? from corrosion or something?

Any ideas would be more than welcome!

I would check the ground.

 

From what I was reading, this could indeed be the problem. Ill report back once checked.

 

Would you or anybody have an electrical schematic showing the ground points for the L405 Range Rover Vogue? I have found some but dont think it's for the right model.

I do not have the electrics schematics, but I assume you could find it online. Good luck. Do a load test on your battery. Autel will not load test your battery, it will only read it.
