Question GPS Thinks I am in Africa. 2017 Range Rover Supercharged

I have exhaused so many attempts at customer service phone calls.
Trial and error with the navigation system and "in conrtol app"
Any thoughts before I have to take it to the authorized dealer?

Thnaks

We purchased a new 2020 disco about a month ago. The GPS was stuck in the US port it was shipped to... after logging in to the in control and using it in the driveway... it moved to the correct location and I was able to donremote start and stuff. I'm sure tech support has gone over some of this... but, is the vehicle outside where it can get gps signal well?... do you have the wifi stuff enabled? Ours worked with the factory SIM... but a few days later I got a tmobile one installed and then was able to get traffic updates as well. I wonder if your antenna is goofed up...

I had the same issue. Luckily my 2017 was a certified buy and covered under warranty. The dealer replace the corroded antennae and then downloaded and update the GPS programs. No problem since.
