Default Problem with the navigation/phone directory

I am an owner of a 2008 Range Rover Sport HSE.

I have added a bunch of names/destinations with voice name tags. They worked fine most of the time without any issues. The other day when I tried to use them, using voice commands "NAVIGATION GO TO <NAME TAG>"/"PHONE DIAL <NAME TAG>" the system kept responding with directory empty.

So I tried the voice commands "PHONE PLAY DIRECTORY"/"NAVIGATION PLAY DIRECTORY" and the system still said the directory was empty. I found this strange as when I looked at the saved marked points, the items still have the name tags there and pressing on "NAV>>" still played the saved name tags.

I added a new phone entry with a voice name as well as adding a new map point with a name tag. After doing this, the directories came back with all my existing ones still in tact when playing both the "PHONE PLAY DIRECTORY"/"NAVIGATION PLAY DIRECTORY".

Has anyone else run into this problem before? Has this bug been reported before? It is quite annoying if you are expecting this to work.
