Unhappy L405 Range Rover 2014 Vogue SE - Drivers door won’t open

Hi, can anyone tell me how I can open the driver’s door as it will not open either from the inside or outside, manually or with fob or emergency key. The other 3 doors open as normal but it looks like the fault is a defective lock latch or actuator. My problem is I am unable to remove the door card to gain access to these parts as the door won’t open. Can anyone tell me how I am supposed to gain access if the door will not open? Is this a known problem and what’s the fix. So far Land Rover are saying nothing. One fix is to bust open the door card and replace it at a cost of £1490.00 plus VAT which I don’t want to do. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks Bod

Default Broken drivers door

did you manage to get this sorted out.
I have the same problem and th only way to open th door is by keeping engine running, then wind window down and put key fob next to door handle and pull it open from outside.
id like to know what th problem was exactly and costs for repair.
thanks
