That is absurd and will cause them to lose business. I would take it to another dealer or to an independent for the oil changes. I just do not get their reasoning behind their new policy; I thought that oil changes were the bread and butter for all dealerships....
The oil services are the money gateway. You toss in the free safety inspection for maintenance upsells and everyone on the service team wins when someone gets brakes, or a trans service etc

Yep, totally agree with you. I just do not understand why this dealer refuses to do just oil changes. Live and learn....
