Default Software Update

I just bought a 2019 Range Rover and was trying to update my software. There appears to be 2 different places to update software. The top option is for the audio system and that updated fine. The second is for the chassis, and when I try to update that one, it never complete the check to see if my software needs updating. Has anyone seen this? I have the car connected to a cellular network so theoretically it should be able to do this. The audio update worked just fine

Same here, from what I gather this needs to be done at the dealership. They said the files are too large for over the air updates from what I remember. Although last summer my system all of a sudden turned off when I was driving and stayed off for over a half hour. The dealership said it was an update? Vehicle=Good Software=not so good.

Been a year and I still can’t get anything to download. Asked the dealer and they said I had to schedule a service call to try a push a download.

Take it to the dealership, they will take care of it.
