Default Stability Control and other lights on and its not Christmas yet.

2017 RR V8 SC Have the stability control not available lights on tonight and now others. It has a new battery 04/24 and my Gap tool is at my other house. Any thoughts on where to start to get the lights out? More lights came on and I’m thinking battery. Any insight? I went to Costco for Interstate Agm H8 battery. Still dint clear the dash lights. I put my generic OB2 reader on it and said P0573 brake circuit high.

Battery could be the cause of many weird issues. Did you try clearing the codes after you installed the new battery at Costco?

I don't have my Gap tool here and used my generic code reader and cleared the brake circuit code but lights still on.

Well, my other thought was the brake light switch….and the shop diagnosed it as……a faulty brake switch. Time to return the battery. The shop was shocked I told them my thought of what was causing the lights and the approx cost…and was right about the cause and was off by $2 on cost of the switch. The experience you rack up having 3 rovers.
