Thoughts - Range Rovers - Dealer Buy Backs/Lemons
I’m “sort of” back in the market for a 2018-2019 Range Rover. However, due to current market conditions and used car prices falling I will wait a while. I know, if anyone sees the dreaded words “buy back” or “lemon” reported on the car title, they run a mile. However, I’m seeing quite a lot of RRs up for sale by Land Rover dealerships that have been “fully reconditioned” (as they put it) and come with a 12 months factory warranty, most with very low miles. I understand a vehicle is listed as a lemon if the dealer cannot fix the problem, or they do fix it and it returns 3 times…..I’m just very curious, would anyone even consider purchasing a buyback/lemon, even if it comes with 12 factory warranty? Thoughts?
