I would definitely have your differential checked. Some folks changed the differential fluids and that seem to resolve the noise issue. Good luck.

 

Thanks, I have had my differential fluid changed and the guy said that sometimes does the trick. It did not solve my issue however. Wondering if its the lower arm ball joint?

 

Some people changed the diff fluids multiple times and got lucky with the noise, but it took more than one fluid change. Seems strange, but definitely cheaper than swapping the actual diff. Have an independent tech put it up on a lift with the car running in gear to see if you can pinpoint where the noise is coming from.

Any definitive info on this? My wife says she hears this in the morning when starting slow from stop light on our new 2020 but im unable to reproduce it.
