Default Any experience with replacing motors in P38 door actuators?

Research found on D2 with dual motors, has anyone attempted to replace on P38? Advice with best aftermarket motor to purchase with correct length arm and polarity? Any assistance much appreciated. Thank you!

I replaced my RH Fwd one with one I robbed from a spare rear door. It was a bit fiddly but not difficult.

Thanks Harvir. In lieu of spare, we would like to purchase Mabuchi motor and retrofit. We may need to purchase a couple of options and figure it out. Anyone use a Mabuchi FC-280pc-22125 for both driver and passenger actuator on a 1999 P38?

First time poster here - just came across your thread when looking for other door latch info!
I have bought some electric motors from Ali Express to suit the central locking on a VW Passat / B5 golf, which match up in terms of form factor. They were cheap as chips, and I've installed one with success so far, you just need to carefully remove the plastic cog from the shaft. Hope this helps, I can post a link to the item if you like. Sam
