Transmission leak at input shaft?

Transmission leak at input shaft?
Is it normal for ATF to pour out from around the input shaft if the trans is angled down towards the bell housing?
I'm gonna say no and assume my seal is shot. Glad I have a second transmission. I don't have time to get all these damn parts!
