Default 06 l320 4.4 idle issues and lights fluctuating.

Hello all.Sooo... I have a nice 06 L320 with the 4.4 in it.what it is doing is... At idle the car want to (haunt) the lights dim rapidly right along with the rpm. The battery voltage will range up and down along with it all from 15.1 down to 13 or so. Not really noticeable in the headlights, but more so in the driving lights and tail lights. Its throwing a P0016 code and that is Cam sensor 1 crank sensor correlation code. All the cam sensors and the crank sensor are new. They are not OEM they are A-Premium brand. I have checked the can bus wires from each sensor all the way back to the plug for the computer and all are good. I have also replaced the entire timing chains set and guides. I also replaced a bad bank 1 Cam adjuster. I have tested both vvt solenoids, even switched the from side to side and the code still remains. And it is instantly reset after clearing the code. The problem existed before I did any work to the car.I had the Alternator checked also. Battery is new.It will also throw a code for the bank 1 sensor 2 O2 sensor but takes a while to come back after setting. I have a new 02 to install. It had a code for the EGR solenoid not working. I just replaced that tonight. It will also eventually throw a code for Evap system leak and Evap system no flow.Bank one a bank two fuel trim is totally different. Please help

Since you replaced the timing chains, it is possible that the timing between the crankshaft and camshaft is incorrect, even if the sensors are new. This could lead to timing management issues and the persistence of the P0016 code.
