2008 range rover rear tire wear

rear tires almost worn out after 10,000 miles, fronts in good shape. rear end is skittish when going over bumps, jumps side ways. any solutions? wear is even across the tire.

check your control arm bushings and the hub housing bushings. If you jack the tire of the ground I'm betting you can get it to move by pushing and pulling at 12 and 6 o'clock
