2010 5.0 V8 Non-S/C Idle Sound Question

2010 5.0 V8 Non-S/C Idle Sound Question
Hello all!
Quick question on this video of my 2010 RRS LUX, it often makes this 'thudding' or 'clanking' noise at idle when it is warmed up. The pace of the sound increases with RPM increase. My Rover mechanic said everything was in tip top shape the last time it was in (maybe 2 months ago) and that my timing chains are fine. The truck has 152k miles on it. Could this noise be normal? I've heard fuel pump cam? Or maybe a belt pulley? Just throwing it out there. Thank you!

2011 same engine, same sound just not as loud. After I had my tc changed 5mos ago I was surprised to still hear it. I asked my tech and he said no issue and I should hear the s/c one rattle. Sorry I couldn’t be more help.
