Hi,

I’ve got a 2011 L322 with rear entertainment. I can get the system to power up but the in-car DVD player won’t play anything. It just shows a blue screen. The DVD player does have power as I can eject the cartridge.

I’ve plugged in a travel DVD player to the AV1 plugs and changed the input on the front touch screen to AV1 and I don’t get any sound or video. This time the screen is black. I get the same result when the DVD player is plugged into AV2.

Does anyone have any ideas on what to check? All other audio and navigation features work on the front screen. The radio also works through the wireless headphones if that helps.
