Hi I have a 2005 sport 4.2 supercharged, my ace pump blew a large leak so my mechanic replaced it . After filling the system started the engine and within minutes the top pipe out of the pump blew in half and the mechanic don't know why help

 

One of the lines is likely internally collapsed, which causes the pressure to skyrocket. Replaced all the rubber lines for ACE. If you don't want to do them all at once, you can do them one at a time, but it will keep happening until you find the faulty hose.
