Default Coolant leaks from both driver and passenger side

Small drips are running from both driver and passenger side. The leaks look to be coming from two black chamfered rubber pieces. Can anyone help identify those parts?
Update: I found the two pieces to be rubber and to be part of the cabin temp sensor module (

Part Number:5h2219874ab). They open up very easily and so I can see the coolant dropping consistently. My question is - are they supposed to be dripping coolant like that by design, and if so what causes it? Should I replace the temp sensor module completely?

Coolant system only holds pressure to -10kPa inHg under vacuum, instead of -25.

Already replaced cross over pipes, water pump, pcv valve, thermostat housing.
