My Range Rover Sport 2011 Bluetooth is not discoverable by any mobile devices.

Whenever I clicked on the "Phone" option from the touch screen, I used to get the following message:
“If your vehicle has the phone feature fitted, please pair and / or connect your phone”.

I got to know that the Phone / Bluetooth module can only be paired with specific number of mobile devices and I need to reset it (Unplug and reconnect again) to clear the previously paired mobile devices,

So can you please help to locate it! Thank you in advance.
