Default Hill decent control fault is causing ABS to activate when pulling away

Hi, I have a fault which is causing the ABS to activate on the front right of my 2007 4.2SC Range rover sport L320. I start the vehicle and pull away in normal driving mode with no special programs or hill decent control selected. After a very short time once I've reached about 30mph the ABS causes breaking to the front right hand wheel of the vehicle which is quite scary because it pulls the steering and the car tries to swerve right on the road. It then goes into limp mode for aprox 30 seconds then drives normally again. I took this car into a Land Rover main dealer last May with this fault and they diagnosed it as being a sensor and replaced it. I drove back the two mile journey thinking everything was fixed and I haven't used the car since then other than starting it and keeping it clean for when I will need it. I pulled it out of my garage yesterday only to find the fault was still present. I know its nearly a year since the repair was done but I will be contacting the main dealer who did the work because there is less than 10 miles on the clock since then.
Has anyone else had a problem live this? I must emphasise that hill decent mode was not selected. This was simply on every day driving mode
